Located near the center of Sussex County, historic Lafayette is celebrationg it's 176th year since its incorporation. Much of the commercial development in this town has been along routes 15 and 94, the major traffic arteries in the township. Olde Lafayette Village, located at the intersections of routes 15 and 94 offers quality outlet stores as well as specialty gift stores and restaurants.

The Lafayette Antiques Mill, just off route 15 and adjacent to the town's park and pond area, contains numerous antiques stores that create an era of years gone by.
